Can I preorder on Steam or PS5?
The developer’s October 2 announcement said Steam and PSN would not offer preorders. Use their wishlist options instead. Switch 2 preorders were open; the US Xbox listing also showed a preorder option by October 26.
The developer described a price around US$20 and a 15% launch/preorder offer. That announcement does not replace a platform’s exact store price. Exact Steam and PS5 prices are not included in the US console comparison above.
Is a GOG version planned?
The announced plan was no GOG release at launch, with a later release left open. That does not mean a GOG version is ruled out permanently.
